Slender Day 1 Day Diets!

molkeUsing a 1-day diet can help you lose weight quickly (like after you have indulged in too many holiday party treats), but these types of diets are not viable for long-term weight loss.

With Slender Day diets, you can lose weight quickly—up to two pounds in a single day!

For success on a Slender Day diet, you will need to follow one of the meal plans below:

Option One:
Breakfast:
50 grams of rice (approximately ½ cup)
200 grams of applesauce

Lunch:
50 grams of rice (approximately ½ cup)
200 grams steamed carrots (approximately 1 ¾ cups)

1 cup fat-free vegetable broth

Dinner:
50 grams of rice (approximately ½ cup)
200 grams steamed carrots (approximately 1 ¾ cups)
1 cup fat-free vegetable broth

Throughout the day, drink a total of 3 liters of water, sugar-free juice and/or sugar-free tea.

Option Two:
This diet is very easy and not time consuming. Throughout the day eat between 1 -2 kg (2.2-4.4 pounds) of fresh fruit, either as whole fruits or as a fruit salad. Drink plenty of water or sugar-free tea over the course of the day too.rice

Option Three:
Over the course of the day, drink 2 liters of whey. Whey is currently available in a wide variety of flavors, as pure whey is a less than pleasing flavor for most people.
