Loving the scaleCynthia Saas is a well known dietician and health educator. Through her books, television appearances, and website, she has helped countless people develop a healthier lifestyle and decrease their weight. She has helped develop a well known diet plan that has helped many people lose weight and maintain their weight loss.

Cynthia Saas obtained her education Syracuse University and the University of South Florida. She is a certified dietician and a certified specialist in sports dietetics. She has written many books on the subject of dieting, and developed a diet plan featured in Prevention magazine.

Her book, “The Flat Belly Diet” was a bestseller for twenty four weeks, and was a top searched diet on the internet in 2008. The flat belly diet that she developed helped many people lose pounds and inches. Studies done on the diet showed that if the diet was followed, people lost an average of 8 pounds in one month.

Cynthia Saas has appeared on numerous talk shows and weight loss reality shows. She has a private practice in New York where she offers different services for individuals. These include personalized meetings with groups, individuals, couples, and families. Cynthia Saas is also available for media appearances on a variety of health related topics.
