Questions About The Prostate

The prostate gives men pleasure and pain. Lust, and our sex life, fades in old age. The prostate will bring us suffering, when the gland is attacked by cancer cells or undergoes a benign increase with age.
In the media, there are currently a few celebrities (Andrew Lloyd Webber) who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and have gone public with it. Every healthy man should inform themselves about this important gland of the body.
The prostate or prostate gland is a male sex gland of all mammals, including humans, whicch produces a portion of the semen. It is located below the bladder and sheathed in the initial part of the urethra on the pelvic floor. It resembles the chestnut in size and shape. At the back of the prostate is the rectum (the rectum borders the prostrate). Therefore, the prostate can be felt from the rectum with the fingers, and stimulated in a sexual context in this way.
The prostate is a male G-spot. With sexual stimulation, orgasm can be achieved, which differs significantly from a phallic generated orgasm. See prostate massage.
How is Prostate cancer developed?
A determining factor is the level of testosterone, since the tumor cells are dependent on the stimulation by androgens: eunuchs can not develop prostate cancer. The prostate is regulated by the hormone testosterone, and many males develop a benign enlarged prostate with age. Above all, this increase in size of the prostate causes problems with urination because it simply “is in the way”. But why cells degenerate and lead to prostate cancer, scientists have failed to discover.
When are men at risk for Prostate cancer?
How can a man recognize Prostate cancer?
A man cannot detect prostate cancer by himself. Prostate cancer causes no symptoms in the early stages. Prostate cancer causes pain only once it has spread, causing bone metastases and, for example, back pain. That is why regular screening is important. If the cancer is caught early, the chances of recovery are very high.
How can a man prevent Prostate cancer?
Exercise, good nutrition and regular sex. Do not eat meat more than three times per week. Intake vegetable fats as opposed to animal fats (olive oil instead of butter) and exercise at least three times per week for 30-45 minutes (jogging, walking, swimming, etc).
