man_bedCan you really fight wrinkles from the inside out? Yes, you can! You can approach anti-aging skin care from the inside out. Yes, every wrinkle tells a story. It sounds good in theory, but in fact looks terrible. What can you do when the wrinkles and fine lines start to appear on the forehead and other areas on your face?

Even though we may not be vain about our looks, we feel that we must look our best when we are at work or out in the community. Every woman wants to feel young and beautiful .The best treatment is through nutrition and healthy living. It can be done simply and naturally from the inside.

Here is where it helps to eat a healthy, vitamin-rich diet. It is sometimes difficult to eat healthy on the job when the offices are sitting in an industrial park and no canteen is available. As a result, one often goes to a quick stop for lunch, the snack stand or the bakery to stave off hunger. If you are not able to eat healthy for lunch do your best to eat a good breakfast and evening meal.

Be sure to eat something in the morning, even if it is only a little bit of cereal or yogurt for breakfast it will keep you from being hungry. Take some fruit or vegetables with you to the office and nibble on carrots, celery or apples.

How to promote anti-aging from the inside out:

1. Foods containing antioxidants such as vitamins A, B, C and E, nurture the skin and diminish wrinkles from the inside out. By eating a diet rich in green vegetables or other brightly colored vegetables you will have all of the nutrients needed to promote anti-aging from the inside.

2. Drink at least two liters of water daily. Mineral water and hot tea also count as fluid.

3. Be sure to get enough sleep. Getting enough sleep is very important. Sleeping regenerates the skin cells and rebuilds healthy tissues. The body works faster while we sleep to generate new cells and repair old ones. If this regeneration phase is too short, the skin is ages more rapidly and looks older than it really is.

4. Eliminate the smoking habit. Cigarette smoking destroys the collagen and elastin in the skin that keeps it firm.

5. Wear a sunscreen with SPF15 to protect your skin.
