curry_powderThe best treatment for anti-aging is eating well. Eating right can have an immediate impact on the way you look, the way you feel, and the way you feel about yourself. Good nutrition is not just essential for inside the body but can have an effect on skin and muscle tone.

Generally speaking, a diet that includes plenty of fruits and vegetable can make you less apt to get sick, give you more energy, and put you at less risk for gaining weight. Except for avocados, olives and coconut, fruit contains no fat, cholesterol or sodium and are rich in fiber and nutrients. 1. Spinach – A cup of spinach contains more than your daily requirement of vitamin K. Vitamin K is key in helping to improve bone density. Spinach also is the number one source for the compounds that make up part of the retina of the eye.

2. Curry Powder – One of the ingredients of curry, curcumin, is an antioxidant that stops the growth of a certain sticky protein that is toxic to brain cells. It is thought that adding curry powder to your diet can help ward off Alzheimer’s.

3. Tomatoes – Tomatoes contain more lypocene, another important antioxidant, than any other food. Besides the benefits of antioxidants discussed earlier, it is thought that lypocene can protect your skin from the UV rays of the sun.

4. Almonds – Almonds are full of vitamin E and you can get your daily dose be eating a small handful. Vitamin E works against the free radicals in your muscles and nervous system.

5. Chocolate – Yes, chocolate! Dark chocolate can help lower blood pressure. Cocoa is rich in chemicals that encourage blood vessels to relax.

This can all be summed up by saying that nutrition is the best anti-aging treatment there is.
