Boost Your Sex Life The Natural Way

The most important aspect of a good sex life is sensitivity to your partner. And the most important part of physical sensitivity is maintaining good muscle tone. Many men will notice that their sex life degrades along with their bodies as they age.
A fat belly and weak muscles seems to go right along with your woman turning her head towards the wall at night just as you decide it’s time for some sexual fun. Therefore, the first step in improving your sex life is to begin a modest program of physical exercise. If you start off with too much ambition, you will most likely fail. So, begin by adding a program of daily walking to your schedule.
Start by walking one kilometer at a fast pace, once a day, and increase this by one daily kilometer each week. This will immediately reduce yours stress levels, which might help cure any erection problems you might have, and it will also burn calories.
As your stress goes down and your belly flattens, your woman will suddenly see you as much more desirable. Then, when you initiate sex, you’ll find that she’s more responsive, and you’re happier too. Your sex life will improve. In fact, your whole life will improve. Once the walking program becomes routine, add some variations to your workout.
Carry weights in each hand. Or walk backwards some of the distance. You’ll quickly find that your dedication to variety on your walks will translate into more variety in the bedroom. You’ll be interested in new positions, and new ways of pleasing yourself and your woman. Try it, and you’ll walk your way into a whole new sex life you’ve never before dreamed of. If your woman falters a bit, perhaps she, too, could benefit from a walking workout.
Soon, you could be walking together, and you walk, you’ll think of what is to come later, in the bedroom, when the two of you are in full swing from your improved health, fitter bodies, and more amorous desires. You’ll get another workout on the bed, following your walking workout out of doors. What could be better than that?
