Green tea has become one of the world’s most popular drinks, hot or cold.
Green tea is a natural antiaging treatment. Drinking green tea during the day can protect you from all forms of cancer.

Green tea can build your resistance to heart disease and dementia and contribute to your body’s ability to burn fat – especially abdominal fat – resulting in weight loss even where there is no change in your daily diet.

So how much green tea should you drink?

Drinking 2-3 cups in this way per day would be a good starting point to get some benefit from its anti-oxidant qualities.
