9 Tips Against Swine Flu

2. Wash hands with soap and water before and after each meal or when you have been with sick people.

3. Clear the decks for kitchen and bathroom, door handles and railings, as well as toys, telephones or articles of common use in the home.

4. Avoid sudden temperature changes so as not ill. Seek immediate medical attention if the symptoms of swine flu in the first 24 hours.

5. Drink plenty of water and teas in the case of feeling any symptoms of influenza.
